Evaluasi Kinerja Crushing Plant pada Produksi Abu Batu di PT Bumi Kalimantan Lestari, Kecamatan Baleendah, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract: . PT Bumi Kalimantan Lestari is a stone ash and split mining company. The production target was not achieved, therefore it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the crushing plant. The purpose of this study is to determine the actual production, to determine the obstacles that occur in the crushing plant, and to determine the material balance in production at the crushing plant. The methodology in this study is to evaluate the performance of the crushing plant using the beltcut method. The data obtained from field observations are cycle time, fill factor, swell factor, obstacle time, effective time, and productive time. The data is then processed using the beltcut method. The beltcut method is used to determine production and material balance. The results of this study showed that production in June 2024 of 11,906.72 tons/month had not reached the production target of 12,067 tons/month. There were several obstacles that occurred in the crushing plant, namely in the primary crushing equipment with a total standby time of 731 minutes/month and a total repair time of 525 minutes/month. Material balance in the crushing plant has the largest looses in the tertiary crushing tool PLFC 2 of 34.02 tons/hour and the output product is 33.93 tons/hour, the percentage of loose obtained is 0.9% and there is the smallest looses in the secondary crushing tool, the incoming feed is 71.22 tons/hour and the output product is 71.10 tons/hour, the percentage of loose obtained is 0.2%.Abstrak. PT Bumi Kalimantan Lestari merupakan perusahaan tambang abu batu dan split. Target produksi tidak tercapai, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja crushing plant. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui produksi aktual, mengetahui hambatan yang terjadi pada crushing plant, dan mengetahui material balance dalam produksi pada crushing plant. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini adalah evaluasi kinerja crushing plant dengan metode beltcut. Data yang diperoleh hasil observasi pengamatan lapangan yaitu, cycle time, fill factor, swell factor, waktu hambatan, waktu efektif, dan waktu produktif. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode beltcut. Metode beltcut untuk menentukan produksi dan material balance. Hasil dari penelitian ini produksi pada bulan Juni 2024 sebesar 11.906,72 ton/bulan belum mencapai target produksi sebesar 12.067 ton/bulan. Terdapat beberapa hambatan yang terjadi pada crushing plant yaitu pada alat primary crushing dengan total waktu standby sebesar 731 menit/bulan dan total waktu repair sebesar 525 menit/bulan. Material balance dalam crushing plant terdapat looses terbesar pada alat tertiary crushing PLFC 2 sebesar 34,02 ton/jam dan produkta yang keluar sebesar 33,93 ton/jam, persentase loose diperoleh sebesar 0,9% dan terdapat looses terkecil pada alat secondary crushing umpan yang masuk sebesar 71,22 ton/jam dan produkta yang keluar sebesar 71,10 ton/jam, persentase loose diperoleh sebesar 0,2%.
