Abstract: . This research aims to understand the da’wah strategies employed by the Village Assistants of Yayasan Baitul Maal PLN in the Cahaya Village program in Gelarpawitan, Cianjur Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive case study approach, focusing on the description of the processes or sequences of events related to the realization of individual roles of village assistants from YBM PLN UID West Java in executing their duties within the community, particularly in realizing the focus on five pillars, especially in the aspect of da’wah within the Cahaya Village Program in Gelarpawitan, Cianjur Regency. This research discusses the concepts, programs, and da’wah strategies implemented by Village Assistants concerning the five pillars of YBM PLN, which include economic, educational, social community, health, and da’wah aspects in addressing community issues and leveraging existing potentials in Gelarpawitan Village. The findings indicate that village assistants have integrated da’wah aspects with other pillars. This study also explores the relationship between al-Bayanuni's da’wah strategy theory and the implementation of the Cahaya Village Program by YBM PLN UID West Java's Village Assistants. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dakwah Pendamping Desa Yayasan Baitul Maal PLN dalam program desa cahaya di Gelarpawitan, Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif yang berfokus pada deskripsi suatu proses atau rangkaian kejadian-kejadian pada realisasi individu pendamping desa YBM PLN UID Jawa Barat sebagai fasilitator dilingkungan masyarakat dalam merealisasikan fokus lima pilar khususnya aspek pilar dakwah pada Program Desa Cahaya di Gelarpawitan, Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini membahas konsep, program dan strategi dakwah yang diterapkan oleh Pendamping Desa pada fokus lima pilar YBM PLN dalam pada program Desa Cahaya yang meliputi pilar ekonomi, pendidikan, sosial masyarakat, kesehatan, serta dakwah dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada masyarakat dan mengupayakan potensi yang ada di Desa Gelarpawitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendamping desa telah menerapkan dan mengintregasikan aspek dakwah pada pilar lainnya. Penelitian ini juga membahas keterkaitan teori strategi dakwah al-bayanuni dengan realisasi Program Desa Cahaya oleh Pendamping Desa YBM PLN UID Jawa Barat.
