Abstract: The article deals with the peculiarities of the development strategy of the coffee house «Shokoladnitsa» on the local market – the airport «Koltsovo» Yekaterinburg. The authors used marketing tools for analysis, with the help of which the weak, strong sides of the coffee house were identified. External threats and opportunities identified the vector of the development strategy – the conclusion of a contract with airlines to provide food for passengers in cases of flight delays. The project is profitable and will increase the company's profit and improve its competitiveness.
