Abstract: This issue of the Bulletin is in honor of Luis A. Caffarelli, in celebration of his being awarded the Abel Prize 2023. Luis is one of the great mathematicians of our time, a master of analysis and nonlinear partial differential equations, who has been justly recognized and celebrated with many awards and wide acclaim.
