Abstract: Physical exercise plays a crucial role in promoting both physical and mental health. Exercising at home, however, can be challenging due to factors such as lack of motivation, limited equipment, and insufficient entertainment. This project aimed to design a health monitoring wearable device alongside a fitness app that focuses on enhancing motivation, functionality, and aesthetics. To achieve this, comprehensive research was conducted on existing wearable devices and fitness apps, including surveys, analysis of research papers, market trend studies, and examination of current product limitations. The insights gathered highlighted the need for addressing motivation and engagement challenges to ensure consistent workouts. Several concepts were developed, and the final design was selected based on key criteria such as dynamic wearability, motivational features, aesthetics, and entertainment value. The final concept was brought to life through a 3D model and prototype, created with the assistance of 3D printing. The prototype included a 3-in-1 dynamic wearability device along with the fitness app.
