Abstract: 京都府宮津市養老地区のクロアワビ素潜り漁業を対象に，TAC（オリンピック方式，2021年）およびIQ（均等割当，2023年）を導入した年の漁獲効率を総量規制がなかった2019～2020，2022年と比較した。漁獲効率はDeLury法で計算し，パラメータは最尤法で推定した。漁業者による漁獲効率の差異および過分散を考慮した場合としない場合の4つのモデルをAICで比較し，漁業者毎の漁獲効率と過分散を考慮したモデルを採用した。漁獲効率は2021年で顕著に上昇しており，2023年もやや高い傾向にあった。
