El principio de identidad y sus expresiones. Su tratamiento por Polo

Abstract: This article attempts to elucidate the principle of identity, such as it is proposed by Polo. At the phenomenological level this principle plays a decisive role, since it allows to transcend the immanent temporality of the consciousness. On a logical level there is not a clear distinction with the principle of contradiction and the hierarchical place of each one, insofar as both support each other. After examining the difficulties of founding both principles in the category of substance, according to Aristotle, the act of being and its distinction according to whether it is created or uncreated is taken by Polo as the supporting axis. Likewise, the variant of the created personal act and its dualities are searched as a way to access the act of being as creator.
