The Influence of the Website www.kejari-sleman.go.id on the Quality of Public Information Services

Abstract: Websites as public information media play a crucial role in the increasingly digital process of information dissemination. However, the quality of public information services also needs to be evaluated to understand how a website can support service delivery to the community. This study aims to determine whether the website www.kejari-sleman.go.id influences the quality of public information services. This research employs a quantitative method with primary and secondary data sources. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents from Sleman. Data analysis is conducted using simple linear regression, which connects one independent variable with one dependent variable to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results, analyzed using SPSS 25 for Windows, show that the website www.kejari-sleman.go.id has a positive and significant impact on the quality of public information services.
