Capacity Building of Implementers through Simulation of Implementation of Nutritious Meal Program in Elementary School 2 Kupang Karangdowo, Klaten Regency

Abstract: The program, offering free nutritious meals, relies on primary schools' ability to implement it effectively. A simulation on May 20, 2024, at Elementary School 2 Kupang aimed to prepare schools for seamless execution without disrupting teaching or learning. It also supported local MSMEs by involving them in catering services. Funded by Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta, the simulation ran smoothly, with active participation from schools, teachers, students, and MSMEs. Results confirmed the school's readiness to manage the program, while students expressed satisfaction with the meals. The simulation provided valuable experience, ensuring alignment with program goals and fostering economic benefits for local businesses.
