Effective Treatment of Prurigo Nodularis With Oral Tofacitinib: A Case Report

Abstract: Recent advancements in understanding the potential pathogenesis of prurigo nodularis (PN) have paved the way for the development of new, targeted therapies. Emerging evidence suggests that JAK inhibitors may provide a safe and effective treatment option for both atopic and non-atopic PN. Here, we present a case of refractory PN successfully treated with tofacitinib.
