Abstract: The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic leadership on readiness for organizational change in the Lafarge Holcim Algeria Group. To achieve this, an interview was conducted with the Director of Administration and Human Resources, the group's documents were analyzed, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data. It was distributed to all senior and middle management cadres, who were selected by a comprehensive survey of the study community, which numbered (120) cadres. For the purpose of descriptive analysis of the data, the (SPSS) program was used, and to test the hypotheses and measure the direct impact, structural modeling with partial least squares was relied upon using the (SmartPLS4) program. The study found that there is a statistically significant impact at the significance level (0.05 ≥ α) for strategic leadership in its combined dimensions on readiness for organizational change, and that the dimensions of strategic leadership explain (88.50%) of the dependent variable represented by individual readiness for organizational change, and (79.40%) of the second dependent variable, organizational readiness for organizational change, provided that other factors are constant.
