Abstract: In this observational cohort study, incidence of intraocular inflammation following intravitreal injection in the Vestrum Health database was significantly lower with aflibercept 2-mg (EYLEA) prefilled syringes versus vials from 2020 to 2022 ( P < 0.0001).
