Using data collected from 135 members of DUFIL,Pearson’s product Moment Correlation and multiple regression were employed in testing the hypotheses. The studyfound that Human Resource Analytics (HRA) positively impacts job satisfaction, engagement, and performance atDUFIL, enhancing HR's ability to address employee needs. However, challenges exist in data quality, analyticalskills, and ethical concerns—specifically around privacy and fairness—which impact trust and the effectiveness ofHRA initiatives. The study recommended that to optimise HRA’s impact, DUFIL should invest in data managementsystems, enhance HR analytical skills through training, and establish ethical guidelines to ensure transparency andemployee trust in data-driven HR practices.
