Abstract: Employee turnover is still a serious problem faced by many organizations today. Employee turnover behavior in an organization can be well predicted by turnover intention. High employee turnover intention is bad for the organization, even some experts state that the impact is worse than the turnover behavior itself. Turnover intention is influenced by many factors, some of which are job stress, toxic leadership, and perceived alternative job opportunities. This study aims to analyze the influence of job stress, toxic leadership, and perceptions of alternative job opportunities on turnover intention of village government employees in Bengkulu Province. The novelty in this study lies in the conceptual model of the influence of toxic leadership, job stress, and perceptions of alternative job opportunities on turnover intention, where in previous studies the variables contained in this model were tested separately. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The research population was all village government employees in Bengkulu Province. The research sample was 108 people who were taken by multistage random sampling method. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression.Partial test results show that: (1) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) Toxic leadership has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and (3) Perceptions of alternative job opportunities have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of simultaneous testing show that there is a significant effect of job stress, toxic leadership, and perceptions of alternative job opportunities on the turnover intention of village government employees in Bengkulu Province. To reduce the turnover intention of village government employees in Bengkulu Province, it is recommended that village heads and officials of the community and village empowerment offices in Bengkulu Province reduce the level of job stress and toxic leadership experienced by village government employees in Bengkulu Province.
