Year: 2024
Type: conference-paper
Study design: Systematic Review
Abstract: This paper adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to explore innovative strategies in Human Resource Management (HRM) that enhance organisational performance in the context of globalisation. The complexity of human resource management increases as business expands across borders, demanding adaptations in HRM practices that are more effective and innovative. This article identifies key trends, including technology integration, continuous skills development, and the creation of an organisational culture that supports diversity and inclusion, that influence organisational success globally. The study included a literature review of relevant academic sources, with clear inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure the relevance and quality of the data analysed. The results show that a technology-driven HRM approach and an inclusive organisational culture significantly contribute to improved organisational performance and competitiveness.
