Abstract: This study employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework to examine the factors that shape users' attitudes and intentions regarding the BTN mobile app. A total of 100 respondents were subjected to analysis using the PLS-SEM method. The results of the study demonstrate that perceived enjoyment, perceived risk, and perceived usefulness exert a significant influence on user attitude, whereas perceived ease of use does not exhibit a significant effect. Furthermore, the results demonstrated that user attitudes exert a significant influence on the intention to use the application. This study also provides novel insights into the moderating role of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), whereby eWOM attenuates the relationship between attitude and intention to use. These findings have practical implications for developers and marketers in enhancing user experience and leveraging eWOM effectively.
