Abstract: This article analyzes the operation of drip drinkers for poultry kept in cages and develops a design scheme for a drip drinker with a single-valve ball-type system. The advantage of the proposed drip drinker with a single-valve ball-type system compared to its closest analogue, a drip drinker with a two-valve ball-type system, is low labor intensity of manufacture, simplicity of design and maintenance, increased service life and reliability of operation, reduced water loss by its portioned supply, and improved sanitary and technical condition of the room for keeping poultry chickens.
