Type: article
Abstract: Technology advancement in teaching and learning and the implementation of blended learning have attracted considerable attention and interest in the field of education. With the widespread availability of information technology and the internet, language teaching in traditional classrooms, particularly the teaching of English as a second language (ESL), has changed considerably in recent decades [1,2]. Multimedia platforms and digital resources for English language education have given teachers and learners more opportunities for communication and interaction. This not only promotes self-regulated learning but also enhances the effectiveness of teaching and learning [2].
