Diagnosing Technological Complications in Gas Pipelines Based on Quality Indicators of Natural Gas Mixtures

Abstract: Complications that arise during the transportation of natural gas are related to its multiphasenature. Mixing different gasses can alter their quality indicators. Currently, changes in individualgas components, gas moisture, and density indicators are not additive to their initial values. Thearticle investigates the changes that occur during the mixing of natural gasses transported fromtwo sources. It uses physico-chemical indicators of the mixture as a diagnostic sign. The articleshows the possibility of predicting technological complications in the gas pipeline using the rankclassification method.
