Abstract: Simultaneous bilateral quadriceps tendon rupture is a rare injury, particularly in individuals with underlying medical conditions such as renal failure. This paper presents the case of a renal failure patient 51 old year with 10 years history of haemodialysis treatment suffering from bilateral quadriceps tendon rupture.
