Abstract: A basketball player was recruited to play on the men's basketball team at Coppin State University. During his first semester, the basketball player was contacted on social media by an alleged woman interested in a romantic relationship. After sending intimate images to the person, he discovered the individual was a blackmailer who threatened to release the content unless he complied with further demands. The harassment intensified, and the basketball player felt pressured to respond due to fear of losing his spot on the team.
