Abstract: The research looks at the logistics issues that e-commerce businesses deal with at times of high demand, like the holidays, promotions, and significant sales occasions. These times frequently overload logistics systems, leading to supply shortages, delivery delays, and irate customers. The article lists several important difficulties, including labour shortages, last-mile delivery problems, transportation constraints, and warehousing. The data analysis, through regression and correlation, shows that the selected logistics factors, labor shortages, last-mile delivery time, transportation constraints, warehouse utilization, and automation adoption—do not significantly influence customer satisfaction in this data set.The study investigates the logistical difficulties encountered by e-commerce companies during peak demand periods, including holidays, promotional events, and significant sales occasions. Such times frequently strain logistics operations, resulting in supply deficiencies, postponed deliveries, and unhappy customers. Beyond typical challenges such as workforce shortages, last-mile delivery obstacles, transportation restrictions, and warehouse limitations, there are additional critical issues. The research is based on industry reports, case studies, and interviews with e-commerce logistics managers. The study's recommendations for reducing logistics-related difficulties include the use of automation, improved forecasting, and collaborations with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
