Abstract: Persons with different abilities are dependent on wheelchairs and walkers. They face a lot of problems in their daily life which are associated with inconvenience. The study focuses on people using wheelchairs considering various factors such as comfort, training, ambulation, etc., which they come across using wheelchairs or walkers across age groups. The study narrows down a few dimensions concerning their safety, quality, ambulation, training, comfort and mobility. A survey was done with 113 respondents asking about their experience of using wheelchairs and walkers. The study tries to prove that there is a paramount requirement for training the people to use these mobility aids.
