Abstract: Population growth from year to year has increased. This certainly affects the development of the region, thereby increasing the need for space both in terms of public space and social space. In providing health facilities, several aspects must be considered so that they can be reached by all communities, namely aspects of service, population, area and accessibility. The purpose of this study is to determine the availability, distribution patterns and coverage of public health facilities in Sleman Regency. The method in this study is to use a quantitative approach using secondary data. The results of the nearest neighbor analysis (Nearest Neighbor Analysis) of puskesmas health facilities have a uniform distribution pattern (Dispresed) while hospital health facilities have a random distribution pattern (random). Puskesmas Ngagklik I has the largest coverage of buffer-reached settlements with an area of 1082.8 Ha. It can be concluded that health facilities both health centers and hospitals have met the availability and are almost entirely easy to reach by the community Keywords: Health Facilities, Spatial Patterns, Reachability
