In developing this Index, the researcher built appropriate items for each study variable to identify the validity of the items built before forming the actual index. Result and Discussion: Reliability tests (pilot studies) were conducted and the results of the analysis showed that the reliability of the Crobanch alpha value of the IKPASM index is high and can be used for actual studies in the future. Research implication: The formation of this IKPAFM Indicator is considered important because it can indirectly measure the effectiveness of community development programs that are able to move in line with economic development and other areas in this country. Originality/Value: This index will be a benchmark for the well-being of asnaf families, meaning that comparisons can be made from time to time. Indirectly, the information obtained from this study can also be used to build a database on well-being that will be streamlined from time to time.
