A cross-sectional methodology was employed to gather data from 148 women aged 20 to 45 via structured questionnaires. Research indicates substantial links between detrimental lifestyle choices and negative reproductive health consequences, including irregular menstrual cycles, fertility issues, and pregnancy problems.
