The implications include adopting sustainable organizational strategies and enhancing responsible governance. Originality/Value: The research highlights the synergy between innovation, human development, and sustainability, addressing the eco-socioeconomic transition from an interdisciplinary perspective. It reinforces the importance of consciousness evolution in building more ethical and regenerative organizations.
