Abstract: This publication contains a detailed study on the legal analysis regarding the appointment and dismissal of visiting judges, who play a crucial role in administrative supervision over the proper functioning of common courts. The article employs a dogmatic-legal analysis and applies systemic and functional interpretation. The study also includes a de lege ferenda conclusion.
