On the Relevance of Transforming Corporate Strategies of Companies in the Conditions of Sanctions Restrictions

Abstract: The article reveals the mechanism of formation of conditions for transformation of corporate strategies under the influence of imposed sanctions. The authors note the focus of modern research on the issues of influence of international sanctions or policy changes on the general economy of the country, with a relatively limited analysis of their specific impact on corporate strategies. As a scientific novelty, it is necessary to note the author’s grouping of the most common sanctions by types of restrictions and the detailing of changes in elements of the business activities of companies caused by these groups of sanctions. In particular, the authors considered restrictions on access to resource suppliers, to consumers of products and services, to technologies and to sources of capital.
