The need for a comprehensive approach to combating these phenomena is identified, including law enforcement, technological and educational initiatives. In the context of martial law, legal measures aimed at ensuring rights holders are considered, in particular, the suspension of legal procedures, simplification of administrative processes and the possibility of postponing mandatory payments. The impact of such measures on the stability of the legal system and support for innovative activity in crisis conditions is analyzed. To improve the situation, it is necessary to improve legislation, strengthen law enforcement practice, increase legal culture and introduce digital control technologies, which will contribute to the development of innovation and the country’s economy. A comprehensive approach to intellectual property protection will contribute to economic growth, increase the country’s competitiveness and its integration into the global legal space.
