Increasing Regional Environmental and Energy Efficiency Through Promoting Certain Concepts in the Real Estate Market

Abstract: The article is devoted to the consideration of current issues of sustainable development of the real estate sector in the region. The author substantiates the need to form market demand for real estate with a high level of environmental friendliness and energy efficiency, which will contribute to increasing the level of the corresponding types of efficiency in the region. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the proposed approach to the use of social advertising and the formation of an order for the construction industry to build real estate that meets modern requirements for sustainable development. This includes the use of local materials and energy-saving technologies, involving local communities in the discussion and implementation of construction projects and ensuring consistency with the development strategy of the territory as a whole.
