Research on automated load testing of the drag cone retraction and deployment system in flight tests

Abstract: In response to the automated load testing requirements of the drag cone retraction and deployment system in flight tests, a fuzzy tension controller based on fuzzy control theory was designed according to the system’s characteristics. A testing platform for the loading system was established to verify the system’s tension control performance. The experimental results show that the loading system outputs a stable load under both constant and variable tension control conditions, with an error within 10%.
