Research and performance test of fiber-optic Fabry-Perot pressure sensor

Abstract: In response to the high-frequency dynamic pressure measurement needs for hypersonic flow fields, a small-sized, fast-response MEMS fiber optic dynamic pressure sensor has been studied. This sensor is capable of overcoming the strong electromagnetic interference generated during the discharge of high-energy plasma excitation, providing a technical approach for measuring plasma-regulated flow field parameters.
