Study on fluid-structure interaction vibration characteristics of aerospace piping systems
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: This paper investigates the vibration characteristics of aircraft fuel pipelines under fluid-structure interaction conditions. A detailed analysis of the vibration modes of the aerospace engine piping system is conducted using simulation software, with a particular focus on the effects of clamp mounting methods, fluid type, and fluid flow rate on the vibration behavior of the piping. The research results demonstrate that the appropriate placement of clamps and optimal selection of fluid parameters play a crucial role in enhancing the stability and safety of the piping system. The findings from the simulation analysis provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of aerospace piping systems, helping to prevent fatigue damage caused by vibration and improving the reliability of aerospace engines.
