Abstract: Methylation Detection The gene adduct-modified silver cluster enables specific labeling of the methylation site on the tumor suppressor promoter. This cutting-edge system utilizes gene-hybridizable nanobeads for magnetic enrichment, ensuring targeted and efficient gene sample preparation. Silver-promoted surface-enhanced Raman scattering amplifies the 5-methyl cytosine signal, while localized hot spots around methylated and unmethylated promoters ensure precise methylation detection.
