Mucinous Cystic Neoplasms Mimicking Biliary Stricture: Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: Mucinous cystic neoplasms of the liver (MCN-L) typically do not communicate with biliary system. However, in the present case, MCN-L is seen extending to the left hepatic duct and common hepatic duct causing obstructive jaundice and dilated intra hepatic biliary radicals.
