Research highlights Competency-Based Learning’s effectiveness in improving engagement, learning outcomes, and workforce preparedness. By integrating a multilingual approach and teacher perspectives, Competency-Based Learning represents a necessary shift toward a more relevant and impactful 21st-century education model.
