Variation of Celiac Trunk

Abstract: Disorders of celiac trunk are rare. The knowledge of celiac artery anatomy, its variation, and disorders is gaining increased attention in the present day when increasing numbers of liver transplantation, surgical procedures, and radiological interventional procedures are performed. We are presenting one case which showed abnormality of celiac anatomy and another case of compression of the celiac artery by median arcuate ligament. The relevant literature is reviewed. The cases are presented for their rarity and the need for awareness of these conditions during the management of patients.
