Abstract: A multidisciplinary approach to patient care is essential for delivering comprehensive, efficient, and high-quality healthcare. Each professional contributes unique expertise, facilitating better diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. However, challenges such as communication barriers, role conflicts, and administrative constraints can hinder teamwork. This article explores the significance of multidisciplinary collaboration, the specific roles of each healthcare professional, and strategies for fostering effective teamwork in patient care.
