Mutiara Pelindo has successfully implemented various empowerment programs focused on increasing female participation and leadership within the maritime industry. These initiatives include specialized training, leadership development, and community engagement, all of which have contributed to a more inclusive and diverse workplace. This paper aims to demonstrate that Indonesian women in the port sector are striving to create meaningful change, and highlights how they can contribute by supporting women in the workplace, environment, and the communities surrounding the port. Findings also shows that challenges remain to spark innovation from women in the company.
