Abstract: This research aims to deeply explore the origin of the metaverse and its impact on the development of corporate strategy, especially in the field of non-fungible token (NFT) artwork design. Through the analysis of the current development status of NFT artworks, an artificial intelligence-based enterprise development strategy and a metaverse NFT artwork design method are proposed. In addition, the generation logic, technical attributes, and technical and legal risks of metaverse NFT artworks under different design methods are also studied. It is expected that this research will provide strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the legal protection of metaverse NFT artwork design.
