Abstract: The relevance of the problem of adapting educational programs in accordance with the needs of the labor market in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine is proven based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts. State policy recognizes the development of higher education as a top priority, emphasizing its key role in the socio-economic and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Despite the constant challenges associated with the war, the state strives to optimize the available resources to ensure the continuous functioning and development of higher education. A structural-functional model of adaptation of educational programs in accordance with the requirements of the labor market has been developed, which reflects the functional features of the interaction of structural elements. Its components are the goal, tasks, approaches, mechanisms, tools and the final result. The end result of the proposed model is the adaptation of educational programs to the needs of the labor market. The model is based on four approaches to the adaptation of educational programs in accordance with the requirements of the labor market: personalized (personalization of education), innovative, integration, practice-oriented. Criteria for assessing the adaptability of educational programs of higher education institutions to the requirements of the labor market are proposed.
