Ho Chi Minh’s Perspective on “skilful Mass Mobilization” and Its Application in Da Nang City

Abstract: President Ho Chi Minh greatly emphasized mass mobilization while leading the Vietnamese revolution. He developed profound perspectives on “Skilful Mass Mobilization”, highlighting the role of the people, methods of mobilization, and the working style of officials engaged in mass mobilization. Theoretically and practically, these perspectives remain highly valuable, providing a foundation for mass mobilization work in general and the “Skilful Mass Mobilization” movement in particular. Based on the analysis of relevant documents and practical implementation in Da Nang City, this paper evaluates the achievements and limitations of the “Skilful Mass Mobilization” movement in the locality. Additionally, it proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of applying Ho Chi Minh's perspectives on mass mobilization in practice, contributing to the development of Da Nang as a civilized, modern, and livable city.
