Abstract: With the acceleration of global population aging, the construction of health management and long-term care systems for the elderly has become an urgent social issue that needs to be addressed. This article aims to explore the current situation, challenges, and response strategies of health management for the elderly population, and analyze the importance, models, and implementation paths of building a long-term care system. Through literature review, case analysis, and other methods, this article proposes a series of policy recommendations in order to provide reference for the construction of health management and long-term care systems for the elderly population.
