Abstract: This article presents the results of surgical treatment of patients with cholelithiasis for the period 2023-2024 on the basis of the Regional Hospital No. 3 in Tobolsk, and provides options for developing measures to improve the quality of medical care for this category of patients. The need for further implementation of minimally invasive technologies and increasing the availability of planned treatment to reduce the number of emergency operations was confirmed.
