Abstract: The author of the opinion emphasises that Deputies’ offices are organisational and technical units providing services for the activities of Deputies and Senators. They are not classified as public entities. The provisions of the Act on Ensuring Accessibility for Persons with Special Needs do not apply to Deputies’ offices.
