In addition to physical violence, the study also focuses on more complex and common phenomena, such as psychological violence. The effects of these types of violence on human relations at work and employees' psychological and physiological health are examined comprehensively. Additionally, the common causes and consequences of workplace violence, as well as strategies for preventing such violence, are discussed. The article recommends creating a healthy, safe, and supportive work environment. It is a valuable resource for employers, employees, researchers, and policymakers, aiming to raise awareness about recognising, understanding, and preventing workplace violence. This way, it seeks to mitigate the effects of workplace violence and provide a healthier working environment.
