Abstract: A review of the collection of documents and materials “The Beginning of the Road to Nuremberg. The Kharkiv Trial (December 15–18, 1943)” (Kharkiv, 2022), which was published in the series “Notebooks in Source Studies”, was conducted. The book contains valuable historical sources that were previously scattered and little known to the public; some of them are being published for the first time. The collection, based on extensive documentary material, allows us to form an idea of the preparation, course, and consequences of the Kharkiv trial, which laid the foundations for the famous Nuremberg Trial.
