Ultrafast and Ultraparallel Picoliter Partitioning of Different Reaction Mixes by Centrifugal Microfluidic Array Technology (cm-art)

Abstract: We present the centrifugal microfluidic array technology, CM-ArT, capable of ultrafast and ultraparallel liquid partitioning of a reaction mix into 3.8 million reaction wells in less than 90 seconds, achieving a dynamic range exceeding 6 logs for digital assays.CM-ArT ensures uniform well filling for various reaction mixes without the need for manufacturer-specific reagent formulations, creating a versatile platform for digital assays.
