Towards a Multiplexed Hormonal Sensing Microfluidic Platform: Development of a Novel Electrochemical Aptasensor for the Detection of Luteinising Hormone
Year: 2024
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: Patients undergoing fertility treatments often have to go through frequent blood tests to monitor hormone levels, which could be stressful and time-consuming.In this work, we introduce a novel electrochemical aptasensor for Luteinising Hormone (LH) detection on a microfluidic device.Preliminary results on microchannel platinum microelectrodes showed promising sensitivity and reproducibility, demonstrating the potential towards a portable multiplexed hormone sensing platform.
